Die Maus is a childrens TV show where they mix comis and songs and and and with the famous mouse&elephant cartoons, Kaptn Blaubär, and short segments where they explain stuff for chidren, like how skis are produced, or how the ship gets into the bottle.....

yeah, he is not actually pronouncing it too clearly..... but he perfectly imitates the 'break stuff into easy sentences' of the mouse

In the 70's we in Holland didn't have a lot of TV shows for children. We, in the east of the country, received 3 Germans channels, so I followed a lot of German shows: Die Maus, Rappelkiste and Sesamstrasse to name the best ones. Sesamstrasse was shown in Germany before it came in Holland! But Bert and Ernie aren't half as funny in Germany as they are here

When I saw the picture of the mouse I recognised it. I have seen that show sometimes when I was little (back in those good old 70's, just like Aggie). Good old german tv youth sentiment, like the 3 little men that aired between commercials and programms. Would they also have funny cartoons with those??
