Culture Shock-JM vs NF Round 2 ----MAP MADE----

This one will have some challenges....

1. All victory conditions but cultural are disabled
2. Both human civs will have the Immortal as their ONLY UU
3. Both human civs will have as their traits rel/sci
4. Both human players have agreed that 100k is a win, even if it is not double the culture of the other player/ai's. A 20k win is still possible as well.
5. Both civs should start out with Bronze Working and Ceremonial Burial

Difficulty: Emperor
Geo: Continents
Age: 5 billion years (edit: changed)
Map Size: Standard
Land Area: 60% ocean
Climate: Normal
Temperature: Temperate
AI Civs: Zulu, Aztec, Germans, Vikings, Mongols, Celts
Human Civs: English (Jack) and Greek (Nightfall)

I am going to be on vacation/holiday for the next week, so making this map quickly is not necessary. I will play some while I'm gone, so sooner is fine as well.

Thanks in advance to the mapmaker who takes on this challenge. It is appreciated.

However, there is one minor problem: I can't build spearmen. Can you fix that and submit a new save???

No its normal, its because Greece can never build spears it can only build hoplites...
I can change teh BIX file but someone else will have to do the 1.4 to 1.21 conversion as I have no access to my home computer anymore...
