Why "Sultan"? Does this new name have some type of meaning?

I wondered if it was anything to do with the maybe imminent war - Sultan sounds vaguely middle eastern.

If you think thats far fetched , a paediatrician in the UK was beaten up by a mob who thought it was something to do with paediaphiles.

Sultan is alive and well and in Brazil right now. I can reveal that his choice of Sultan was based on his anthroplogy doctorate.
