Default Weird massive rounding errors in production????

erhm, 4 turns to go for prod of a chariot.

I take a citizen OFF a tile that produces FOOD ONLY --> 3 turns to go for chariot.

If you remove a citizen from the roster, it becomes a "citizen" specialist, adding +1 hammer to production...

I saw something odd after building a national epic, the Herioc epic iirc. I choose habour as the next option and it was going to be built in 1 turn. My production was ony about 27 hammers??? even if i had excess from the Heroic Epic it should have taken at least 2 turns as the habour cost was 80 hammers i think.

Let's turn all our farmers into unemployed people and watch our production in our country skyrocket.

I'm unemployed right now, and all I'm currently producing is worthless spam at CDZ. But no one said Civ4 was realistic (not even Sid).
