Some upload and download issues
I think there are a couple of small issues with uploading and downloading. Since there are workarounds for all of them I don't consider them to be more than a small annoyance, nevertheless it would be nice if they can be solved.
Uploading: - Can't upload large pics, 800x600 is the maxsize. Maybe other large files can't be uploaded as well. Larger ones give this error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Web Server at civ3duelzone.com [/i] Work around is to reduce size of course but sometimes it is nice to upload a full res pic. Downloading: - At least a number of people can't download .sav files. See the KR vs. anar thread in Mapmaking. Workaround is mailing the sav. TIA for solving these.

It is annoying that saves cannot be downloaded, same goed for large pics. Is this just something that cannot be fixed ever?

The site has also been a lot slower today the usual. Something else that i do not understand at all is:
67.5KB The entire day loads of "users" are looking at the specific AGGIE vs ERIKK gamethread. This is not normal.

Those of are all spiders, amazingly each with a totally different IP.
Regarding the upload - it could well be a setting on the server. Certainly with the software we make at work there is a setting for the maxiumum size of incoming (uploaded) files.

ok, i'll remember that next time now how do i delete those files so i'm not taking up server space? if only you can do it, then you'll see about 3 files with a similar name. they can all be deleted.
