If this is my last PTW game, I wanna go with a BANG !

Deity (straight)
Large
Continents (only 2), max land
Normal/temperate/old
each of us sharing a continent with 3 AIs (6 AIs total)
Sedentary barbs

Kemal : Player 1/ admin : Vikings
Skyfish : Player 2 : Ottomans
(Just because I was player 1 in our last game...)

I'm having trouble balancing this. The large size with max land means it's really hard to check it all and to make sure the continents are equal.

As long as the area which would be our first/natural territory is "sort of" balanced its ok.
Then u just have to check we have same number of luxes on each continent and all ressources (no need to invade other continent for resources/luxes).
No need to count tiles or calculate how many hills/flood plains/cattles/wheat each of our continent has...

What is the setup procedure now? Can I set the players in the editor or does 1.27 still have the same problems with the respawn, etc resetting?

Also - I haven't got 1.14, I am not sure what to do with the bix when I am done...

You can set the players in the Editor for sure, they will still have to be programmed in the Multiplayer screen when the bix is transformed into a .sav
Well once you have the bix done, we can find someone to do the conversion, namely Killer

Here is the bix file, you will need it converting.

I gave it my best shot - at least I tried to ensure roughly the same amount of land per continent, and I checked the num of luxuries and resources, etc.

I didn't want to make it too easy, so don't expect everything laid out ready for you.

Edit: I set player 1 and 2, but not the AI civs. I think this map is big enough not to worry too much about whioch civs the AI get, but the 'bix converter' may want to set them.

Killer does not have 1.14 anymore.

Anybody out there with a 1.14 version please ?
