I archived it, because nothing happened there the past year. You can view it in the archive. But if you want to I'd gladly restore it!

BTW, it's there for everyone except admins and myself, everywhere in the forum. Me thinks it's a completely stupid feature, especially here.

standard moderation tool AFAIK. Means you can grade a memeber on how "bad" he (/she) is
