We are both equally strong in military, but he leads in most demographics. However, that will change once I develop Japan and become a democracy (religious).

Bach hasn't been started, I'm not going to build it...

Indeed it is. I want to win the tech race. I figure that with religious over militaristic that I have the advangtage. I can switch to democracy easily.
