My Team spirit has changed to furious after last game I really don't understand why, I played MOTS but won....So what's the problem? Could it be the red card for my forward?

Haven't done any player trading except for (the usual) firing of a trainee who was a pleasant guy, but I thought firing doesnt affect TS.

Any suggestion?
That's rather strange. My TS was at calm before yesterday's match (which I played MOTS) and it only dropped to irritated, even though I lost. Perhaps there's a random factor behind this.

I assume you've got a coach with better leadership and prob a better team leader as well I guess. I think there might be a slight random factor to it as well. Can't remember. Would have to check the rules.

My teamspirit was Paradise on Earth after my match Sunday. Now it's back to delirious.

Alright for some. lol

I guess your coach has solid leadership Cruise?

choosing to play match of the season will make your team perform better as the team spirit is raised during the game. the negative effect is that your team spirit will be halfed after that match. it can be raised again by playing pic:

PIC - play it cool
choosing this will make your team perform below the normal level but after the game your team spirit will be raised by ~2 levels.
Add in to that factor your coaches leadership level and your teamleader stopping it being pulled down so much (although teamleaders never result in team spirit rising).

I have a coach with poor leadership and a semi-clown.

Seems like your semi clowns doing a good job of stopping ur coaches poor leadership dragging the team spirit down too much.
