OK you're the scientist....explain this
If that's true then it begs the question why are some children frightened by the sight of a clown? They don't seem as afraid of the man getting shot out of a cannon.

Cannons are cool. Cannons rock. They go bang and stuff.

Clowns are just creepy, and don't give me none of that "Western Clowns" are inferior crap, not every kid has seen "It" by Stephen King (although I was more scared by that bloke who used to be in the Waltons).

As with most things impressions are formed when first encountering the object.

Normally cannons are just firing people into nets or shooting glitter about, not blowing large groups of people armed with muskets into fractal red and wibbly shapes.

Whereas clowns look weird and probably smell and stuff.

The clowns in Dumbo when the elephant gets pissed will haunt me to the end of my days...

I don't erase threads.

That's bad, wouldn't catch me deleting peoples posts or stuff

But what about Dumbo's friends? They were crows. Nobody likes crows.
Don't you think crows are kind of scarier than clowns? The movie "The Birds" had lots of scary crows. Maybe they should've shot a cannon off and stuff. I'll bet that would've scared all the birds away.

In fact these birds were attacking people where akots lives...

I like the part about the lawyer falling on his face and wounding himself.
Maybe he could sue the company that planted the tree that the little chick fell out of for faulty limbs.

I'm with your son. Why are cuckoo clocks cool? I think they're noisy, annoying and scary.

Ye, sue him for sexual harassment, lady. Make sure he's a real dude not a lady-bird.

Hustonians are amazing. A very peculiar kind of people.

Crows (ravens) are the most intelligent birds. They are probably even more intelligent than cats. You have to be smart to survive in this harsh world.

Buy him a parrot. Little or large and let him feed the bird and clean the cage. This would make cuckoo clocks funny.
