I think it is telling you you need to go onto the Hattricx Cup Manager site and authorize Auto scheduling.. It can be found after logging in and going to the "Cups" Tab under your team name and clicking on "authorize" after the new cup.

Well it looks like games have been setup on neutral grounds. I guess there is a bug with the cup manager app.
