To me this says it ends in turn 170, it doesn't specify when in turn 170. Some people may argue this is (by default) at the start, and so player 1 get the first attack. I would argue that player 1 gets all the trade advantages and so by default deals should end mid-turn, after player 1's go.

If you are player 1 and use the 'Start of Turn' argument for the agreement to end on your turn then you are a very naughty boy, and I suggest we find a suitable way of dealing with you.
