Simon and me agreed to a peace treaty with the following option: We have to notify each other 5 turns ahead before attacking each other after 1900. I did not got a message within the last 5 turns, so this invasion is a breach of agreement. I could have prepared for that, but I didn't because I thought I'm save.

No we didn't we agreed that for the last treaty, then we created a new one where that stipulation wasn't included, the only thing we agreed was 25 turns past 1900.

The invasion isnt a breach of any agreement and im just closely following treaties

Simon, you are a bastard. You even did not wait until the 25 turns are over. We fixed another 25 turns at the year 1904. They are over in 1938. Give back the city and start a new impact in 1938 or you can continue playing against AI. I'm fed up with your way to set any treaties since everything we fixed lead to a misunderstanding for one of us.

No we didn't the treaty was made in 1900- we then noticed something that would affect the treaty so it was just made that the treaty itself was 25 turns, i waited the 25 turns and attacked on the 26th turn.

I'm not giving back the city and you can go to AI all you like, generally i'm fairly easy going with my treaties but if others are going to be anal about rules then so am i.
