Here are some pics 2 turns before war: forces this pic shows how far my core is from my frontline: zoomed out frontline and this is the closeup of our borders: border Anarres gets first shot in 241. Salamanca contains Smiths, Pyramids, Suffrage, Great Wall and another irrelevant one... nice to keep if possible. The rest of the non core can burn though, whilst i can shell anarres cities (well 2 of them) from the border. I wonder where he will strike?? |

Good luck DrA! I hope that you can survive the first blow. With railroads only one weak spot can be enough to lose your entire strength. We've had a lot of examples the last few weeks. See Sky - ERIKK, and me vs OPD, Jack Merchant.
Anarres only has two cavalry, with movement three. That could be a very good thing. Use your fast units! |

Wow! Exciting game this is! One - probably - silly question, where are your radar towers? I am not familiar with your graphic mod, but those pentagonny thingy I think are fortresses and the little factories and granaries add flavour to your irrigations and mines. Or are those radar towers somewhere hidden in between?

radio towers go up this turn (240). ("238 - research Radio." - sky, are you wearing your glasses? ) They didn't go up yet because I didnt need them yet, they do cost a slave each! Workers aren't bait, my shitty cities are still producing workers every ten turns which can be used to top up cities when I draft from them. I also have a few settlers (just off the screen in F3) in case I want to aggressively settle upto his borders to launch an attack. Of course I will likely be reacting to anarres attack but I like to keep my options open. |

The one thing to do:
I personally do NOT agree that Trespass Is War in PBEM. move a SOD inot his lands, call him up and say: see, I don't want war, but you have a window of opportunity here - don't take it and I will move home.....
