It is quite hard to match your lineup. I cannot possible field anything below 200 stars due to training keepers and form maintenance issues. So, sorry, not my fault.

Not really. That is a bad setup because it doubles the risk for injuries of the main squad players. Which I feel is quite frequent. I almost constantly have 1-2-3-4 guys injured or bandaged at least.

Hire a load of crap trainees and play them. It's what I do to avoid injuring my good players.

I train keeper and thus have no need for crappy trainees. Also, it worsens the form of the main squad.
