You are doing OK on wages, that is the difference. Eventually, that is the purpose to home-train and then promote. I did it first time and made it to Div III. The way down was somewhat painful once I burned through all cash reserves. But with proper planning, it is possible to all the way up. You don't need to train your own players, just for sale. Cost estimate give about 50 mil to Div 1-2 for 4-5 seasons. Which is feasible.

I don't care how long I sit. I've been playing this game for 9 years already.

picced a home game vs #3 won 6-0, only #2 still has me in sight, I hope to solve that problem in week 8 and 9.

won 0-9 with pic versus a solid 2-4-2 of my opponent that only has 9 players now. Also has a 70 times lower salary. next week I play at #2 winning that will pre-decisive.
