Why this name ? It came through my head one day, but I have already explained it in an earlier post in this thread, don't wanna repeat it twice. Guys at CFC always choose a fitting name for their PBEMs, I thought we could do the same for none 1v1's (we have already done it here : Swimming Pool, Fab Four (these were mine ), and other ones, starting with... DDPP ?).

Only for Medes, they have small wonder acting as Embassy to all civs and as IA iirc available from the start. When the city with this small wonder is captured, you get Embassies and IA and can plant spies.
