Why is the search so fucked up?

I am looking for the turn tracker link.
I try the search:

turn tracker

no matches. hu?
how about ym thread with turn tracker in the title?

OK, I remember the thread with 'Who could program...' in the titel.

I search for 'Who could' and subject only.
I get a LOAD of links to ISDG!
