I've got in OK, but it looks like everyone has already finished their turn except for churchill. I certainly can't move, settler or anything but get the waiting for civilizations message. Have I missed something/done something wrong?

Yes, that's what I had. Everyone has a * next to them as if they'd pressed end of turn except for churchill.

I'm getting a "the password you entered is invalid" error message and I can't get in.
