it appears as though your achievements keep up with your maximum. Like the fan club size, TSI and such. I'll let you know how it works when your TSI goes way down as I'm about to sell a briliant GK and buy a bunch of crappy players to make into little Tubbys

With around 920k players in HT (some not active) and around 440k teams which pulled a youth player (as of today), me included of course, we can conclude that around half of the teams in the world pulled a youth player this week. So about half of the teams regularly pull a youth player. I would have said much less.
