Here are the notes for the last 2 turns:
266: Research Computers, set science to 0%. I have decided to get as many troops as possible, in the hope of taking out ERIKK's production centers with my MA before he can get my cities with his ICBM's. I reckon I can cope with a few tactical nukes, as long as I am careful with spreading out my troops in my empire every turn. 267: Mobilise for war, I have rushed all the improvements I need to in my cities. Spend another turn at 0% science. Next turn I will go for Synthetic Fibers, and an attack as soon as the treaty is over. I *really* hope he doesn't get tactical nukes by then, but I fear he will.

Turn 268
I just did a rough MANUAL count of tiles in the game, and my potential territoy is VERY CLOSE to the domination limit, without having to take any of ERIKK's land. It may even be over the limit, I am not 100% sure. I recently mobilised for war, but I will de-mobilise next turn and rush cultural building and settlers like mad. Maybe I can avoid having to attack at all.
