Wouldn't worry about it, we'll be back next year.

It's a harsh and sad truth though. Still, I enjoyed both today's and yesterday's match!

(Why in Civ IV - General Discussions?)

Didn't watch any match. But Lyon made it to the semis, first time ! They are able to defeat Bayern. Barça I suppose not.

TBH, I was shocked by the title. I assumed it would be the first post in the civ4 forum since 7 years. Luckily it's just about football.

OK, now that we got that out of the way, I must say that I really enjoyed watching the game. ManU was awesome for about 40 mins, but in the second half Bayern really got going. Not much to show for it, not many spectacular scenes in front of Van der Sar's gaol, but it was exciting all the time.

Nani and Robben both made a beautiful goal! Also the order of goals made it an exciting match.

And then Barcelona/Messi. I was watching it with Marianne and told her that that Messi is one of the best football players in the world. "No shit!"
