Not to worry aggie, things are starting to go fine for me anyway. I'm still about par on techs and I'm just in my first war now and doubt I'll ever be at peace again from this point on, cept maybe when I do a government change, don't like to war too much in anarchy.

I've also managed to cripple India's expansion with an early attack, and blocked off persian expansion for a while using the old settler block tactics. As a result, i've had a lot more room. This game is far from over still. CB might reap the benefits of warmongering (leaders), and has placed his cities RCP style.

Isn't is amazing how out of scale the mini maps are to the real maps?

I wish they would fix that.

Take T's shot of the map. If you look at that map, the my sister cities in the first ring to the east and west look like they are very close together, yet the sister cities to the north and south look much further apart. However the sister cities are all equally space apart.
