Right this has probably been asked a zillion times before but...

If you are next to river and you have a cow in range, and grassland all around. Do you mine the cow or irrigate it?

Mine first, change it to irrigation later.

Depends on the circumstances! I say irrigate except when you are low on shields in the neighbourhood...

What would you do in this case? Sirp explicitely says that its lucky cos we can irrigate the cow, like there was no option here...

Can anyone shed any light on this?
