I will give you all an update on my Homegrown plan. I am about 14-15 weeks into the plan and have posted a table showing the skills of my HG and non-HG trainees up to this point. Remember that all of the HG guys will get the full 1.5 per skill bonus. Under skills, the top number is what they started with and the figure under in bold is what they currently are.
I did scrap one of the original guys in the plan because I had to add in a player mostly due to his name and spec. I could not pass up a unpredictable player by the name of Ted Stoner.. "Easy" Rider has added 4 levels of DEF and one of Passing in 14 weeks!

I won a important home match 4-2 seems like I can avoid direct relegation. And finally making some money.

Thanks for the list, mistfit. Will you train PM next?
You'll keep Easy Rider for a long time, right? (Otherwise traing def first would not be that great, as I think it doesn't pay extra, but if you keep him until he retires, then that's fine) Lost 1-2 vs a CA team at home. The match could have ended the other way round. I guess, I'll invest some more money (already bought a new keeper) as I am still 7th and need to win a few more games to at least go to qualifiers.

With 85% chance of winning the match and far better ratings everywhere we should have won the league game easily. Instead we lost 2-3. A 2nd disaster result this season and things are starting to get serious now.

Yeah.. Rider will definitely be with me until he can retire and be put into the HoF.
PM is next on the list of things to train him in.

Same will happen with Redbad Pieck. He will be my Nicolas Easy Rider. He should pop to excellent PM anytime soon now...

Yip is being trained as winger. I hope he's doing good enough to make the U20. My other U20 star Florus Hogenhuis, 20Y44D has 80K TSI. Still not as much as Jacco Gouda (120K, 26Y) who changed owners for 4.3M last week, resulting in 86K mother club money for me.

My solid PM/ solid defending guy cannot pop for some reason to solid defending. He is a few weeks overdue. This might be a known glitch with the system described a while ago and supposed to be fixed. That would mean that when promoted (17y1d), he will have flat passable defending and I have to train him whole level to get it to solid. I think, I will sell him at passable.
@Aggie: 20years-44days and 80K TSI is very high. The paychecks start to hurt around 70K TSI. How are you doing financially to be able to afford this kind of players with team with somewhat poor performance?
