I thought old games worked fine? It only takes a turn or so for the corruption to recalculate and you won't even any incorrect calcs yet...

Stapel doesn't use beta patches.......

He has over 5 years of experience working for software companies, and has learned that beta versions are for testing purposes and not for using.

This may sound a bit hatrsh, but using a beta patch is just.... not wise, me thinks !

But it fixes stuff that is currently broken - and thats got to be an improvement. I've been playing the beta and its very stable.

Stapel you really should use this patch its excellent quality really !
The name BETA means they only released it for the hardcore gamers like us, every sw company has their own definition of what "beta" means so dont put too much into the name : the version 1.12 of C3C is *far superior* in playability and stability then C3C 1.00.

And it has been shown that loading a 1.00 game into 1.12 doesnt fix all the problems.
