Smashing Pumpkins : Tarantula
Since I'm the unofficial Pumpkins freak on this board, I figured I'd let you have an early ear at their first song to be aired on American radios : "Tarantula". Here are the links, it's of bad quality :
wave : http://www.sendspace.com/file/ccvmtp mp3 : http://www.sendspace.com/file/u905cn http://download.yousendit.com/4C27432703C04AAA http://filexoom.com/files/2007/3/28/65636/Tarantula.mp3 Enjoy. P.S. : First gig since 2000 in Paris in 4 days, I'll tell you about it.

Pumpkins rock. Although I'm sure you're much more of a fan than I.

Thanks Krys.
I am, as you may know, a long time massive fan of the pumpkins... Flowers taste of sunshine

No I didn't know, but that's cool.
The gig took place yesterday, but I lack time to tell about it (I'd need to do it properly), so I'll do this later. I have a worrying problem atm : my ears (especially the left one) are still hurting after 24 hours, as I was very close to some speakers. I'm thinking of going to the urgencies tomorrow.

I'm on medicine at the moment, and I go back to the doctor tomorrow, to check my ears. It's quite OK now, but who knows...
Anyway, instead of a review proper, here is the official video from this historical concert : http://www.youtube.com/v/wY8hPan6uuM The setlist of the gig (songs' names not necessarily complete) : And while we're at it, an official (again) video for the upcoming album, with some bits of "Tarantula" and also another new song named "Doomsday Clock" : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzHwPKXjMbU

Hehe, oh I know this in and out. Though it's been awhile since I last listened to Machina II.
