Draw a line from the top left corner to the bottom right corner of each square. The squares on the left all have the arrowheads in the top right triangle.

Heh, took me a while to get this one too. The problem for me was that I am used to thinking of vectors in terms of magnitude and direction. This would be an easy problem if you removed the arrows associated with the positions.
