Probably. Here in the Netherlands we have Queen's day, because we don't have a president. It's one of the few "holidays" that are actually celebrated. The others are liberation day, xmas and new year. Some other catholic/christian holidays are celebrated to a lesser extent, like easter. What is celebrated in the more retarded parts of the country is carnival (mardi gras), which is obviously a catholic festival but people tend to forget that.
