I use "five clicks" - afaik - it doesnt screw up the gif files

I use the good ol' printscreen-key in combination with
IrfanView, so i can (somewhat) control the size of the
files.
IrfanView in general is quite handy to have:

I found a neat util on CFC:

Have been using it for 2 weeks now, it's great!

It works in a "shoot&forget" mode, i.e. you hit PrtSc, then your shot (full screen, though) is automatically named and saved into a certain diretory. No fumbling around in the background while civ-ing.
