Default Diplomacy in 1 vs 1 games

So, are we like going to get some chat rooms like on CFC? like they have the chat rooms #civfanatics and #demogame and so on. You want me to register some for diplomacy or are we going to rely on AIM, ICQ, MSN and such?

And, when is the ladder system coming into effect?

MSN Messenger or MSN IM is a Chat medium, dont want to get into the details :. A good Chat medium I would recomend using is Trillian, Trillian lets you connect to MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, IRC, and AIM . Mostly I use MSN IM

col: that is because ICQ is NOT capable of automatically logging you out when you try to log in with the same account on a different computer........

so if I pull my laptop off the network and plug in my normal PC, ICQ goes xxgcsazdgifvew7sad7c.... and it crashes Trillian

meli said it was like a menstruating ant on prozac IIRC

I have trillian as well, it's great! But I turn it off most of the time since there are a lot of people trying to keep me from doing some LABOUR. Most of the time, they succeed...

Oh, diplo through email is also possible.

Trillian's great, although I don't like using it for IRC due to the amount of noise that creates.

I still think ICQ is way better than MSN. If only for the invisible function...

What I miss in human vs. human diplo is that you can't see what technologies they have that you don't. Unless you have them and they don't of course.
