The game has started. At first glance, I don't like my starting position: next to a river, with grassland to the north, and plains (!) to the south. I start on the plains, I think I'll just settle there. My scout doesn't reveal any luxuries.

Screenies will follow.

btw, I'm arab.

Got warrior code from the first hut. No luxuries, but two huts is good I think.

What should be my build queue? I think I'll go warrior-scout-granary-settler.
Should I build more than 2 scouts? It's normal pangea.

I agree with ERIKK. Use that trait before it gets obsolete. You get settlers and cities from goody huts with a little luck.

That's a superb starting position - clear out and irrigate those game forests, and you will grow like a madman ! Good luck (I agree with ERIKK about the scouts).

Game forests are great, but don't forget that the Arabs aren't industrious. It will take quite a while to chop the wood. It is probably worthwile though.

I totally agree on the scouts. Usually I build 3 scouts before anything else unless barbs are coming. This can only be the case when 1) You're playing raging hordes, 2) have a close neighbour. Both require some military.
