Thanks for the games Propain. They've played cut the rope and angry birds. They also like mine craft but that seems to be more pc based than iPad worthy.

Yeah minecraft on the iPad is a far cry from the PC version. It lacks blocks, crafting recipes and mobs that the pc version has and I seriously doubt if touch screen controls are really suitable for this game. If I were you I'd buy the pc version of minecraft, it's more than worth the 20$ it goes for.
My kids love the 'housebuilding game' as they call it, and I think it's a brilliant game as well.
