You need to connect via facebook and give the application permission
then give your name, e-mail and the name of the team (CivDuelZone) and the name of the team leader (Matix's real name).
Answer a few more question about your Civ and facebook gane playing, and state any affiliation you have with gaming companies.
Accept the terms and conditions
You will be notified by e-mail if accepted.

I guess we will be at the ahem "older" end of the team age range!

I joined in. Let's hope we get a chance to play. If civ5 is any indication they're going to need some civ vets to help testing the game.
