i received a save, but it's the last turn again. please resend. we should be on turn 38 (shows as37 on the turntracker), game year 2270 BC.

Since we are in a locked war, does CA2 actually give you information on your opponents?

From what I understand of the program (I don't use it so I'm probably wrong), it gives you info on tech's (ie, what the other team has) that you cannot get from the diplomacy screen. Is this right? Is it blocked since we're at war? Never used it in a pbem, so I don't know. I do know that mapstat works ok with pbem (didn't reveal anything regarding techs) as I used it in my game against Gozpel, but that was it.
