So right now i decided to fire them all to save a bit of cash and am training at 100% should i hire a doctor/physio?

It would suck to fire them on Monday and then play a friendly and hire new ones on Thursday effectively paying each doctor 2x their normal salary.

I personally find a physio to be well worth the costs, since injuries can be devastating when on important trainees, doctors are no prevention but repair tools in this regard.
And concerning the third doctor not paying for himself.... this is an excellent site imho to find out the best amount of doctors to hire to cure specific injuries in time: http://www.student.ru.nl/rvanaarle/injury.php?lng=nl edit: pop-up warning though, for those without a pop-up killer.

Injurries suck. Getting your economy strong enough to support 10 Physios is a very good thing to do.

Well i dont seem to get many injuries to my trainees but my defence and midfield has been very strongly hit.
