Well the kinda sucky thing was that all that open space used to be green.
Then there was some sort of issue, and it all went south.
Can I peruse the spoilers now?

Ah yes, we remember the green green grass. Then one day the trooper came, and the celtic men and women ran to the hills.

I seriously doubt it'll speed up your conquest.

I wonder though, how many people have built Hoover Dam in PBEM's or at all at CDZ?
