It's a girl!
After a rather exhausting night and day, I am now a very proud father! around 16h today a babygirl was born and her name is Maartje. Mother and Daughter endured some harsch suffering and teh final 6 hours were at the hospital, where both will spend at least this night and likely next as well. They are basicly fine, though need care after heavy bloodloss (mother) and Maartje needs to be checked due to the long period it took to get through. How's dad? This is not possible to describe. ever. Best day in my life, by far.

I remember well the day my son was born. It was awesome/scary/exhilirating/sad/exciting/nervous all at the same time. Now the fun begins. We brought our son home and then didnt now what to do. We would stare at him for hours. You spend 7-8 months waiting for this day and it happens and then suddenly it's like Quote:
