HEY ice cream man...Dont you get to park right out side the curb now as it is....

Seriously...see a doctor if its moving around...they need to get the worm out soon before it moves to your belly and does an "Alien" reanactment.

An update here, I ate the worm and all is well. Actually, about a week after I posted this it stopped and hasn't returned. However, since then I've started cycling and eating properly and have also lost 18 lbs.

Indeed, and I'm making a bigger profit rather than eating it. Actually, I've found that water instead of sweet tea, and an apple/banana/orange instead of brownies and/or cheetos is a much better choice as well. I tried telling my wife we could both use some cardio, but she wouldn't go for it.
