How to raise team spirit?

I have a little problem with my team spirit. Ever after buying a few players my team spirit dropped to 'irritated'

Anything you can do about that???

If you have a really easy game that you are sure to win use Play It Cool and it will raise back to composed or even more. Also if you have a game that you are 100% you are going to lose and don't mind receiving more goals than usual, you can also Play It Cool.

If none of these are available just wait for 2-3 weeks and it will go back to composed by itself.

Buy some more annoying players and lose your "match of the season", then you'd get a general idea of my TS... It's back at composed anyway...
