Default Off-season transfers

Have any CDZ teams got any big signings lined up for the off-season period?

I am selling my oldest trainee, a 21yr old magnificent winger, who will hopefully go for about 1 million. Only one bid at the moment, on the opening price of 900K but theres a couple hours of bidding left, so hopefully that number will rise.

All told this will give me 600-700K to play with on the transfer market, I am looking to spend it on a formidable/outstanding playmaker and possibly an extra striker or defender too.

Hmm, that couple of hours must have been quite short, I see no wingers for sale in your team?

I do see a player sold for 1.7M, if that's the one... congrats with the cash!

No big signings expected for Snaken this time, I'm probably getting relegated anyway, so there's little point in putting cash that way.

lol, hattrick time + me not knowing time = off by 2 hours.

Damn I feel stupid now but anyway, indeed he has already gone for £1.1 million, giving me £780,000 to spend. Thats a good price for him anyway, since his secondary skills were quite bad.

So yes, I'm on the look out for new players now!

I just picked up a few guys for stamina training. Unfortunately, I have been rather busy and was unable to buy as many as I would have liked, because it really is more profitable if you can get a lot of people for cheap instead of a few better guys for more. Oh well.

Well, say hello to:

Vasile Pop (12424852)
27 years, passable form, healthy
A pleasant guy who is balanced and honest.
Has inadequate experience and wretched leadership abilities.

Nationality: România
Total Skill Index (TSI): 5 820
Wage: 2 000 £/week including 20% Bonus
Owner: Pugwash FC
Warnings: 2
Injuries: Healthy

Stamina: excellent Goalkeeping: disastrous
Playmaking: outstanding Passing: weak
Winger: wretched Defending: inadequate
Scoring: wretched Set Pieces: inadequate

For £666,670, a good player, though a bit on the old side.

And secondly, a new striker:

Örjan Mċrtensson
TSI = 1 330 , 24 years, solid form
Has inadequate experience and inadequate leadership abilities

Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: poor
Winger: poor Defending: weak
Scoring: excellent Set pieces: poor

Paid £142,670 for him, a bit too much perhaps, but he does have good experience.

Frustratingly, I saw a similar player with inadequate passing for a similar amount of money, but I couldn't bid on him becuase I was only a few minutes away from winning the bidding on this guy.

So thats all my money come and gone over the course of an hour and a half, hopefully it will prove to be money well spent!
