In all seriousness, I like to talk about anything. My primary interest in CFC was civ, then sports. Unfortunately CFC seems to be infested with people that seem to be very interested in their own posts (or so called literacy), rather than the entertainment of their readers (that what's called "spam" here...). So when CDZ was born, my choice was made and I abandoned CFC. Unless anyone here mentions some strategy or news fact, I don't feel the need to read up on anything there. Reading spam here at CDZ is much more rewarding, since it's always entertaining. But I must say that the site is in decline if you're looking at the civ (non-spoiler) and OT (non-hattrick) sections. It looks as if our memebers don't feel the need to post OT, because every thread is turning into spam anyway. I do miss solid discussions like the sports or OT subfora from CFC (although I lack the time or urge to add to any discussion atm).

I think the spoiler and hattrick sections of our site are our strong points.

Mainly for Hattrick and maintaining my own spoiler threads, though atm I'm only playing one civ4 game. The fact that CDZ is so small is definitely a plus, since you can actually keep up with what is going on with the site without having to spend ages reading posts.

I voted Hattrick. but civ3 & civ4 would be right behind that. I have also enjoyed seeing things from a non-American eye which is nice... I guess.

I don't appear to be able to drag myself away from the spam, plus not having to worry if I offend some small children. There's also the chance that one day I may have time to play some Civ, but in the meantime there's always fish and spam.

Although I still get the feeling people were a lot more active in civving two/three years ago.
