I'd park on that hill to capture wheat, wines, river and defense bonus. Could get a nice worker factory rolling.

I have tundra to the north and it seems like Regentman is SE and Haruka is South of me.

I will post my pic tonight that I forgot to do yesterday.

I found another wheat south of my deer. I have a feeling I'm going to be spittin' settlers like a hillybilly spits tobacco. Once that gran finishes I will be near 5 pop then 15 sh. settlers.
Fahgetaboutit.
