Team Leader!!

I just picked a new youth player who has passable leadership just like my current team leader. How do I know which one is the team leader though?

I use Hattrick Organiser and in that it doesn't always list them in alphabetical order when I sort the leadership column. Does this mean that when I put the leadership column in order that the one at the top is the team leader or not necessarily?

The safe way is to get rid of the other one. The other way is to wait a while and if you see any difference in how the team spirit rises or falls, the other guy probably has higher leadership.

Sorry, there's no definite answer for this one.
