Default Kingreno vs Anarres 2 ***SPOILAH***

So, there we are again!

This time playing the best player I have played before: Mr Williamson. He trounced me last game and miracles need to happen will that not happen again. But we will try.

Beam made a "mystery" map for us and we had to give our civchoice after the map was made. Anarres told me to pick an agri civ and "ordered" me to pick one as well as he thought that was mandatory. Of course, he is right. Of course, I did not pick an Agri civ.
Anarres picked te Maya. An interesting civ, but not the best IMVHO. After the first 50 turns they start to feel the lack of Cheap buildings and no Aplpha to start with. I chose my one of my favorite civs: Greece! (other is Zulu). Commercial is great and scientific as well. No resource needed for the UU is also a must as Beam did not "balance" the map for specific civs.
The start:

28.99KB

I moved the settler west on the hill and founded teh Cap next turn. Nice nice nice. Naturally this Map had beam written all over the place: Cow ON Bonusgrass.
And (you sick puppy!!):

2.42KB

We do not produce our beloved Hoplites...we produce MILF!

This will mean this spoilah will be a rotten dungeon of XXX instead of the glorious report of an even so glorious loss!

LOL!

Anarres plays the Maya? Lol again! They are weak, inferior and utterly crap!

Oh wait..
I play them myself in our game..

You will probably lose! Good luck!

Always feels good to appear predictable on a surprise map.

Yeah! Feel the pain Bitch!

I am on an island!

My magnificent Milf won't see any action soon and that is just terrible. I had some great screenies prepared for that but that will just have to wait.

My lands:

45.23KB

As can be seen there is land..(what? the city names? go figure!?!)...land to the west and to the east. There is a small chance that the land to the west is Anarres and that means we are very close. If I win the philorace, mapmaking is the tech to pick. There is no stopping a group of Milf this early in the game (what am I saying here???).
As said, we are 10 turns from writing at the moment and the loose setler will head for the goldhill for extra commerce. I am moderately confident Philo is mine. These are stats that make me think that, from turn 38:

17.07KB

and to end this short update:

2.62KB

You seem to be very comfy with the MILF theme KR! Didn't know Hefner was in bondage as well, next time I visit you I'll bring my hockeystick [] There is some sort of puzzle in this map you could solve by now btw.

Thought about the puzzle. Don't get it.

Turn 57 and the Greeks are on one of those make or break moments in their history. Will we be the first to get Philo? well, we will be close.
But first things first. The empire as it is now.

52.5KB

There are two setlers heading for their citylocations. One is south of Bondage, the other is way east. The last one will build a curragh for the eastern land. The curragh now in production in whips will also head that way. Curraghs will be a key to success.
I only met India. They have a load of techs but lack writing. I did not trade yet as they only wanted to give a tech and gold for it. I need to meet others soon. Anarres is doing a lot better in score but his explosive traits are to blame for that. I am not extremely concerned.

14.64KB

He will be a bit bigger then me but this is acceptable. I fought non-agri vs agri against beam and that went this way too. Meaning only that it is still very much winnable. Being far away from him and having no close neighbours is good for me too.
the F11.

52.45KB

satisfied with that for the moment. I should reach republic sooner then the rest of the planet, so I expect to become better then.

The Philorun:

16.19KB

I chose to connect wines and incense (on hills) before improving production in two occasions, and produced some warriors for MPduty, that helped me keep the lux-slider at 0%! I am confident the AI does not have it yet, so that leaves anarres...the tension...

finally the Minimap.
