I can do PHP me...
I've made a site where you can register, log in and log out.
 http://www.straland.com/phptest/ I'm so proud!! First I got a couple of errors, but no big problem arose. Just little things like forgetting a bracket or so... The system might be fragile (but feel free to test it and find errors), and it's probably very easy to break. (Passwords are saved uncoded in a text file which everyone can read. The only problem is knowing what the URL of the text file is.  ) But that's not the point. I'm not planning to do high secret stuff anyway.

What's wrong with Dutch? It does exactly what Matrix is promising (and violates all but every rule about IT security and design but that's not part of the marketing package so why care). Would be nice to see a pic of a chick after logging in.

I just registered, then tried to login with an incorrect password while the register checkbox was clicked. And it didn't let me in to see the "Hallo Tubby Rower" page. Which it shouldn't.
What are you proposing to do with php? I've built a website for the karate place that I used to frequent in Perl, but PHP is very similar.
