I saw the save and I fully agree that we have to make these deals. It is too good to miss, especially on Sid (imho). Portugal is building Copernicus, which means at least Education and Astronomy. This also suggests that even more than a 3fer is possible. But it appears that we have to use the renegotiate peace option.

It appears that CFC may be up pretty soon (within a couple of hours, according to Thunderfall's announcement). I will then copy the most essential posts (on topic -not the upload issues and e-mails) from here to there...
