I took this screenshot off of a server that we have and we have this program. Not too sure if it helps, but I thought that we could give it a try....

That wont help at all. It's a matter of the control panel fucking up webaccess. Same would occur on VB.

We still can switch to VB though but that would mean loss of all old forum data as I'm not tech-educated enough to migrate this.

Could not log on from 8 this morning to 11.30. Is it even remotely explainable why this is happening very often now while the site ran great the months before?

I see no reason to switch the forum software. The problem is imho the missing stability not missing features.
