KR and Shabba replied, gonna start with them if they're still up for it. As I'm leaving on my holiday saturday morning I'd like to start on the 21st when I return.

I suggest:

- normal size map
- pangea/archipelago if with an odd number of players, with an even number I prefer continents
- no city states

If more people like to join that's fine with me. I'd say we use the multiplayer robot site to play it like an old fashioned PBEM.

I want to get this thing started but in order to do so you (KR, Shabba and whoever else wants to join) need to get an account with www.multiplayerrobot.com

joining is easy as hell, just press the 'sign in through steam'button in the upper right corner, sign in using Steam and presto: you've joined the site and they import your avvie as a bonus.

Once you've done that please post here and tell me what civ you wanna play. I'll start up the game after that.

So I logged in at MPR, but there's still no civ5 mp going on all of a sudden. Give me any new G&K civ besides Austria, and don't put any CS in the game and I am fine.

Talked to KR last weekend and emailed him the link. Once he's in I'll start the game. I totally expect to be trashed by you and KR, I've played 15 mins of G&K so far where you and KR are racking up serious playtime... Think I'll start a turtlefest

Forced KR in the game. Started now SHabba is up.

Will start a spoiler soon. 1st game I started crashed on the screenie though so the 2nd I didnt take the risk

BTW, one very annoying thing is that Civ V does not allow you to go back to the main menu after playing a hot seat turn. So you have to exit CivV after playing each turn. Thank you Firaxis for making life difficult.

How hard can it be to come up with some decent pitboss/PBEM in 2012.....
