Underneath the heading for my forum it says hf pp. What does that stand for and can I have it removed?

If you go to the main forum page (http://www.civ3duelzone.com/forum/default.asp) you can click on the edit link next to your forum to change it's description (
 ).I guess 'hf pp' is 'Have Fun, ProPain'?
